We want to give you a brief review of the most frequently asked questions:
What is dental whitening? It is a procedure in which molecules are detached by activating a gel which infiltrates the tooth, removes the blemishes and produces whitening. This procedure is indicated in teeth with aging, fluorine poisoning, stains due to tetracycline, cigarettes or coffee, etc.
What are porcelain veneers? These are low invasion preparations made up of fine porcelain dental plates which adhere to the teeth to improve the form, color, size and position of the front teeth.
What are crowns made of metal free porcelain? This is the procedure to improve the form and color of a destroyed tooth which requires a total and aesthetic reconstruction, without gray metal aspects and without exposed metals.
What is the dental remineralization program? It is a preventive plan which is determined in accordance with the condition of the teeth so as to prevent the formation of caries and which maintains the remineralization potential of the dental structure with products that are capable of liberating fluorite, calcium, phosphate and others, all of this before a study of saliva among other studies.
What are the sealers of pits and fissures? It is a non invasive treatment of the enamel.
What is minimal invasion odontology? This is a procedure which preserves at a maximum the structure of the tooth in a restoration process that could be mechanical, chemical and kinetic (such as abrasive air).
What are implants? Implants are small devices (screws) that are inserted in the maxillary bone to supplement and reconstruct teeth.
